Each messenger program has this, just in case you're unable to connect traditionally through the actual IM application, or if you do not have the actual IM application installed on your computer.

Meaning, all you need is an internet connection and a browser (Firefox, Window Explorer, Safari, etc.) to connect to the IM's web interface messenger. You don't even need the actual program installed on your computer, if you didn't want to. It works well and is quite user-friendly. All you need is your login and password. I used it quite frequently when I was in Montpellier sans internet/phone/etc all of that time.

Hope this helps.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7170894183997582562.post-80764228616884705302007-11-09T21:55:00.000+01:002007-11-09T21:55:00.000+01:00Wow, I'm surprised how long they are taking to bri...Wow, I'm surprised how long they are taking to bring your modem and line... but at least you found a way meanwhile! :)Roam2Romehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02401312681510618547noreply@blogger.com
