Ah, you're coming home for Thanksgiving!... and Christmas, too?

Hmmm, would that be too soon for reverse-culture-shock? maybe, but you'll enjoy it :)

No no, I should clarify that I'll be heading back home for Christmas only. My family will have to endure their first Thanksgiving without me this year.

YAY!!!!!!
That is wonderful!! I am jealous, though.. I miss the holiday shopping at Target!!! And eggnog lattes from Starbucks! But, on the upside, Starbucks here is offering CREME BRULE' lattes for the holidays and they are PRETTY good, I must say!!! Take care, Leese

Aww, well, we'll send you over your Thanksgiving turkey dinner and pumpkin pie :)

...my first Thanksgiving in Europe felt a little funny. I still remember the nostalgia :)

Isn't that nice ! A lot of us would like to be in your shoes.
Not to be nosy but where was your hometown before moving to France?
Mine was a burb outside of Honolulu. So, I have even further to travel than yourself each time.
We went last year to HI & CA.

Have a nice day.

barbara my family is in New York so the flight home really isn't that bad.

I can't wait to see my sister and I'm sure we'll get into some sort of fight when she picks me up from the airport. She'll probably be late or something. Maybe I've changed so much that I won't mind but I doubt it :)
